Why is it that every time I walk I get stared at?

Like in the school hallway I would walk and I just see people staring at me or glimpsing at me. It's weird because I do nothing. I'm latina and I dress normally and professionally, and my look... I'd say I'm average. But girls and boys will just stare when I walk, like I can feel them stumble a bit. This happen outside as well. I get guys hitting on me... and I even got told by a girl that I walk like a model. Now... that's embarassing to walk liek a model every where you go. What's with that stares?
