Umm whats with my wife?

I think she's emotionally distancing herself from you. She's doing it to the point that she's believing that she really don't know you. My goodness you've put your job before your wife. Something is clearly going on. You wouldn't try to stay away from home so much. You said in one paragraph that you "was stuck going home early". That's a problem right there. You should be happy to come home. I do understand that you have to work in order to survive. You need to try to reconnect with your wife. Call her during the day just to say I love you. Come home from the job early just to spend some time with her. Get some take out food, watch a movie, and cuddle up.You should take a moment to think about why you rather be at work all the time than with your wife. Again, I will say that's a problem. My husband works long hours at his job some weeks. He's even volunteered to work a half day on saturdays. The half day was due to really needing the money. He always calls me on break. He comes home and spends time with me. My husband is a hardcore gamer. He will play the X-Box while I'm in the room or play the psp in the bed while I'm reading. You're going to lose your wife if you don't do something about it.
