MTG - 2 Questions about Glimpse of Nature and Gideon Jura?

Hi there. Okay so my first question is if I were to play 2 Glimpse of Natures and were to play 1 creature card following would I draw 2 cards correct? Also about Gideon Jura once I bring him into play, could I activate his last ability and make him into a creature and attack right away or do I have to wait a turn? thanks for all the help.
