What's that one movie called? It's underrated, but very good.?

It's about Marines I believe, who go in an underground labyrinth, and come to find that there's some demonic presence that lures them into uneasy places, picking the team off one by one. They later figure out that there is some kind of alien in the bottom, that's able to produce life-like images to trick the marines.
