How do I automatically post daily from a list to Facebook or Twitter?

I have a list of funny or interesting sayings and such in a plain text file. I'd like to be able to post one of these messages at daily intervals to my personal Facebook wall, and/or to other pages I manage (fan page, business page, etc) and/or to a Twitter account. Is anyone aware of such an application so that I don't have to do this manually every day?
