Twitter background with multiple pictures?

I'm new to twitter and I've seen many people that have backgrounds that have more than 1 kind of picture on them. Can anyone help me and tell me how I can do that? I've got it with 1 picture right now, but I'd like to have more than one if possible! Thanks!
