Song/Music Video that looks like a twitter page?

I saw it a few months ago on Fuse or MTV music videos... It was a light skinned black guy, and he was singing/rapping with a good beat going down... The video featured several girls talking about cool he was, and little bubble popped up with @ posts to make it look sort of like a Twitter page... I can not remember the name of artist, song, anything but I do remember really liking it.. Hope someone can help me out, thanks! :)
