Reoccurring dreams: I'm inside a building with wooden walls?

I had a similar experience when I was young. I had a recurring dream where I enter a gray building with gray deteriorating walls and spiderwebs. I walk around and try to avoid people as I turn corners of each hallway until I finally find a door that leads to the outside. When I exit the building I have this overwhelming feeling like I am supposed to dig somewhere as I notice the soft soil under my feet. And that's when I wake up from dreaming. The weird thing is that I passed by a place that looked exactly like that of my dream and there was a rundown factory of some sort which was demolished not too long after having that dream. And as I passed by, I had that overwhelming feeling again, the one that suggested something hidden underneath the ground. Once the land was cleared, in time I gradually lost that spooky feeling. But once in a blue moon I am reminded as I pass through.
